Inert Ceramic Ball for Adsorber Bed Support

Inert ceramic balls are high-strength, chemically stable alumina–silica balls that support and cover catalyst and adsorbent beds. They spread gas and liquid flow evenly and protect molecular sieve, activated alumina and catalysts in reactors, dryers and adsorbers.

We supply 17–99% Al₂O₃ grades in diameters from 3 to 50 mm, including 99% alumina balls, in stock sizes or to your specification.

Guangzhou Core Adsorbent: 10+ years of experience, a 10,000 m² ISO-certified factory in Henan and 10,000 t annual capacity — factory-direct supply and OEM.

Which Inert Ceramic Ball grade do you need?

Choose alumina content by temperature and chemistry: standard grades for dryers and adsorbers, high-alumina and 99% grades where high temperature, steam or silica leaching is a concern.

Where is Inert Ceramic Ball used?

Inert ceramic balls are used as the support and top layers of fixed beds in refineries, gas plants and air separation units.

How is Inert Ceramic Ball manufactured and tested?

We make inert ceramic balls in our own Henan plant — batching, forming, high-temperature sintering and size grading — and test each lot before it ships with a COA.

  • Batching — alumina and clay raw materials blended to the target Al₂O₃ content.
  • Forming — rolled into balls from 3 to 50 mm.
  • Sintering — fired in high-temperature kilns for strength and chemical stability.
  • Lot testing — crush strength, water absorption, acid and alkali resistance, Al₂O₃ content.
  • Capacity and quality system — 10,000 t per year under ISO-certified quality management.
